Returns CSV header in File Order.
Returns a string with all the columns names in a comma separated list. (For example, 'ABC,DEF,GHI,JKL,...')
Does the same thing as GetColumnsAsString. The only difference is that GetColumnsAsString uses the order of the columns as we are using them in memory, and GetCsvHeader gets the columns in the order that they appear in the file.<br>
